The Online Donation Portal (OLDP) is a one-stop portal that allows members of the public to donate online to Charities / Organisations which have subscribed to the OLDP. The OLDP subscribers are either Institutions of Public Character (IPCs) or Central Fund Administrators (CFAs). Donations can be made either in cash or the allotted Economic Restructuring Shares (ERS) in future. All donations made will be tax-deductible.

The OLDP also provides information about the Mission Statement & Services Provided by the subscribing Charities / Organisations. It is developed on the e-Citizen portal as part of e-Government, using the Public Service Infrastructure (PSi).

The OLDP is a service provided by the National Council of Social Service (NCSS).
